PRC postpones radiologic, x-ray technologists licensure exams in Cebu, Tacloban due to 'Odette' damage

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) postponed the radiologic technologists (RTLE) and x-ray technologists licensure examinations (XTLE) in Cebu and Tacloban due to the damages brought by Typhoon "Odette."

The board exams were originally scheduled on Dec. 20 and 21.

PRC said the new schedule of RTLE and XTLE in PRC Cebu and Tacloban "shall be announced once appropriate date is determined."

Meanwhile, the RTLE na XTLE in the National Region, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Rosales, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga will proceed as scheduled.

As of Dec. 19, the deaths from Typhoon "Odette" climbed to at least 169. While 50 persons remained missing.
