The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) has set up more charging and Wi-Fi stations in areas affected by Typhoon "Odette" in Cebu.

At least 16 stations are now operational in the following spots to help families connect with their loved ones.
- SM Seaside
- Starmall
- Ayala
- Century Plaza Hotel, Baseline
- Sto. Niño Church exit
- City/Municipal Halls
- Central Bloc
- SM City Consolacion
- PLDT and Smart Office in Mabolo
- SM City Cebu
- Super Metro Colon
- Robinsons Galleria
- UV Main
- Sampaguita Suites
- University of San Carlos Main Campus/Downtown
- Metrobank Plaza Fuente
To regulate power consumption and minimize risks, DICT said the power charging stations will only run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., while the Free WiFi for All is from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
It also reminded users to bring their own chargers and cords and to strictly observe the "one person per one mobile phone only" policy to give equal chance to other uses.
"Gadgets other than mobile phones will not be allowed for charging, , automobile batteries, power banks, laptops, rechargeable lamps/fans, and the like. Strictly, communication devices are the only allowed for charging," DICT said.
A maximum of 15 users at a time will be allowed on a first-come, first-served basis.
DICT also reminded the public to observe social distancing.
