Colors are instant mood boosters and they are the cheapest form of therapy for good mental health. Numerous studies in the past have proven the influence of color on the inner workings of our minds. One experiment by Aalborg University of Copenhagen showed that brains were more active after subjects were exposed to red and blue light, while green light yielded calmness and relaxation.
