Tony Labrusca arraigned in act of lasciviousness case

Actor Tony Labrusca was at the Makati Regional Trial Court, Tuesday.

He was there for his arraignment, this, relating to the act of lasciviousness complaint filed against him.

The matter was made public by Drake Ibay through Instagram.

The businessman wrote: "Today, I was informed by my friend who is the victim of Tony Labrusca's lewd acts that he was finally brought to court to be read the charges against him.

"Despite his counsel's last ditch effort to delay the arraignment, the judge refused to allow the delaying tactics.

"All of us who had always been behind her supported by our legal team are so happy and elated with this development."

"News, such as this, gives hope to victims of abuses like her that justice can swiftly and fairly be achieved despite and inspite of going against a more powerful and influential person such as Mr. Labrusca.

"This is not just a small victory but also a significant one for us as we inch closer to bringing Mr. Labrusca to face the consequences of his criminal acts."

Ibay urged the public to not spread hate.

"Let’s let justice and the Honorable Court to run its course. Let’s pray for everyone involved."
