Parts of QC, eastern part of Metro Manila, Rizal to experience water interruptions on Dec. 16-17

The Manila Water Company Inc. announced on Wednesday, Dec. 16, that some areas Mandaluyong, San Juan, Quezon City, Marikina, and Taytay in Rizal will experience water interruptions due to maintenance activities on Dec. 16 and 17.

According to the service advisory, the following the areas will experience water service interruptions:

·Brgy. Malanday, Marikina City

·Marcos Highway Infront of Filinvest, Brgy. Mayamot, Antipolo, Rizal

·Tandang Sora (market) Cor. Visayas Avenue, Brgy. Tandang Sora, Quezon City

·Pangilinan Street Cor. Congressional Avenue, Brgy. Bahay Toro, Quezon City

·Pluto Street Cor. Mindanao Avenue, Brgy. Bahay Toro, Quezon City

·Along Boni Avenue near Brgy. San Jose hall, Mandaluyong City

·Manila east road Cor. Ortigas, Taytay, Rizal

·West Bank Sta. Ana, Armal Village Sta. Ana, Taytay, Rizal

·Ortigas near Cor. Xavier, San Juan City

The interruptions are due to the scheduled emergency crossover, leak repair, interconnection and line maintenance.

Meanwhile, residents in the affected areas are advised to store enough water during the service improvement activities.
