Navotas City reminds residents to get 'ayuda'

Navotas City Mayor Toby Tiangco on Wednesday, Dec. 15, has urged city residents who have not received any COVID-19 assistance to coordinate with the local government to get their "LGU ayuda."

In a Facebook live, Tiangco said that the funds for the assistance will expire by the end of the year and local government offices are open only until Dec. 29.

The residents who have yet to receive the assistance should send a text message to the City Social Welfare Development Office (CSWD) through the contact numbers posted on the city's Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/128983703795280/posts/5398729670153964/

The message should include the beneficiary's name, contact number, barangay, and a Social Amelioration Card (SAC) form number (if any).

The "LGU Ayuda" is the city's assistance program intended only for families that have not received any help during the COVID-19 pandemic.
