
The PBA has set lower ticket prices for fans who will be allowed to watch the games of the Governors’ Cup at the Smart Araneta Coliseum starting Wednesday, Dec. 15.
The league announced Sunday, Dec. 12 that Patron A seats are going to be charged at P375, Patron B can be purchased at P325, Patron C for P275, Box VIP at P225, box regular at P175 and upper box at P70.
Only fully vaccinated individuals aged 12 years old and above will be allowed, provided they present a vaccination card, government-issued ID and a Kyusi Pass which can be acquired through the website of the Quezon City government.
Fans are required to wear face masks and will only be allowed to bring food at the Araneta concourse area, the PBA also said on its social media accounts.
Tickets can be purchased online through the Ticketnet website while the Big Dome box office will start selling Monday.
About 3,000 to 4,000 fans will be allowed to watch for the league’s return to the Big Dome for the first time since March 2020.
Prices were slashed almost in half, compared to the pre-pandemic times as the PBA earlier said that it had plans of having promos in anticipation of the fans’ return.
Aside from the games set Dec. 15 to 19, Araneta will also be the venue for the matches on Dec. 22, Christmas Day and Dec. 26 as well as the sixth leg of the PBA 3x3 on Dec. 20 to 21 and its Grand Finals on Dec. 29.
