The Manila City local government has administered more than 180,000 COVID-19 jabs to minors aged 12 to 17.
According to Manila Public Information Office (PIO), a total of 110,713 doses were inoculated for the first dose while 71,122 for second dose.
The local government reminded the public to follow safety and health protocols in order to prevent COVID-19.
As of Dec. 11, the city has administered a total of 2,942,909 COVID-19 jabs to the adult population, of which 1,414,024 are fully vaccinated, and 1,567,697 received their first dose.
For 7 consecutive days, the city has reported below the 100 mark, 87 active cases with zero new deaths recorded. (Cherrylin Caacbay)
