LOOK: This limited-edition ice cream has collagen

It's inspired by this Japanese skincare brand

We all need to give ourselves some time for self-care, and there are many ways to indulge in it. So why not have your beauty routine, at the same time, enjoy a cup or two of some guilt-free ice cream, too? Shiseido has collaborated with Kurumi to bring us an ice cream flavor that has collagen and hibiscus, taking cue from the beauty brand's bestselling serum, Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate.

Introducing Strawberry Glow ice cream flavor that uses a mix of low molecular fish collagen, types one and three hydrolyzed collagen peptides that are extracted from grass-fed bovine hide—it's compliant with US regulations against pesticides and other harmful chemicals, too! There are four servings per 16oz pint of ice cream, and each serving has two grams of collagen. The recommended daily dosage is two to 15 grams per day. So, you can really indulge in this guilt-free ice cream.

As for the other hero ingredient, which is the hibiscus, it has many health benefits including being high in antioxidants, lowers blood pressure, boosts live health, and aids in weight loss. Flavor wise, it brings a light sour mix to the ice cream.

The schedule is as follows on where you can get your hands on this limited edition ice cream: TriNoma from Dec. 3 to 5, SM Megamall from Dec. 6 to 19, SM Aura LOOK from December 20 to 22, SM Makati from Dec. 23 to 29; Greenbelt 5 from Dec. 24 to 26.
