SETTLED! Nadine Lustre to stay with Viva until 2029

Controversial actress Nadine Lustre and Viva Artists Agency have settled their legal issue under terms that are "fair and mutually beneficial."

This is what attorney Gideon V. Peña, Nadine's counsel, wrote on Twitter as he released the official statement about the two camps dispute.

According to him, Nadine and Viva have agreed to continue their professional relationship on an exclusive basis until Dec. 31, 2029.

Though he reiterated that the 28-year-old star will retain her rights to decide on her branding and image.

"To avoid future misunderstandings, both Parties have agreed not to make any further comment on the matter," it read. "For now, Nadine and Viva remain committed and focused on providing quality entertainment."
