The new Malabon Sports Complex that will give the athletes and families in the city a place to enjoy different activities such as dance and outdoor exercises, and basketball was inaugurated by the local government on Friday, Dec 10.
Mayor Antolin "Lenlen" Oreta III led the inauguration, along with Vice Mayor Ninong dela Cruz, Rep. Jaye Lacson- Noel, Councilor Jose Lorenzo "Enzo" Oreta, and other officials of the city government.
The sports complex in Barangay Hulong Duhat has a track and field oval, football field, tennis, basketball court, a playground, a swimming pool and other sports facilities that the residents can utilize.
Oreta III reminded the young "Malabonians" about the importance of health and exercise, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
