KC meets Carrie!

Carrie Bradshaw not only made sex conversations beyond the bed okay during the ‘90s through her column, but she also created a new breed of fashionistas who loves unconventional styling, designer-thrift pairings, and stiletto-worshippers who would rather have a broken ankle than walk wearing boring flats in the streets of New York. And with the coming of the new chapter of “Sex and the City,” “And Just Like That,” on HBO Go this week, Carrie’s fans are excited to see how her style evolved in her 50s, after seeing her on the screen in 2010. Among them is Filipino actress KC Concepcion.

In her past vlogs, KC has never failed to express how Carrie influenced her personal style. This time, she dons her most Carrie-esque look as she meets the woman in the character’s signature Manolo heels, actress Sarah Jessica Parker herself. Through a series of Instagram posts, the jewelry designer of Avec Moi by Kristina’s shared moments of her attending the “And Just Like That” premiere at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. With a caption, “And just like that... some new dreams I dreamed came true,” she shared photos of her with the series’ lead.

Making the event better, KC attended the event wearing a green floral print ensemble by Gucci and a feather boa, a right extra touch Carrie would also do.

“My heartfelt thanks to the NY/CA Gucci Team for bringing forth my inner Carrie Bradshaw at last night’s intimate #AndJustLikeThat premiere. I had so much fun with this!!!” she said in a post. “Especially grateful for my dear Mario Brinas who got hard at work playing dress-up with me to properly celebrate the new chapter of ‘Sex and the City’! HBO Max fam, especially my dearest JP Mallo, thank you for inviting me as your guest to celebrate friendship, fashion, love, and most of all, life.”
