Antipolo LGU gives up to 20% discount to early payers of real property tax

Just like in the past years, Real Property Tax (ROT) payers in Antipolo City are assured of 20 percent discount if they can settle their taxes on or before December 31, 2021.

The Antipolo City government announced on its social media page that payers of RPT on properties located in Antipolo City are entitled to 20 percent deduction on payment if they settle the amount before the end of 2021.

For RPT payers who will not be able to pay this year, they have until March 30, 2022 to be able to get a 10 percent discount.

Payment options may either be online or over-the-counter.

Online payment using Paymaya can be done using the link https://antipoloonline.egapsonline.com The city government, however, said that online payment is only available for RPT payers for the year 2015 up to 2022.

For over-the-counter payment method or face-to-face transactions at the City Treasurer’s Office at the Antipolo City Hall or City Hall Annex 1 in Barangay Mayamot, RPT payers must secure an appointment date through the link, https://www.picktime.com/antipolocitytreasury Help Desks are located in every barangay halls to assist tax payers in their queries regarding RPT payment systems.

The office of Mayor Andrea Bautista Ynares said that taxpayers may also visit the office Facebook page of the City Treasurer’s Office: https://www.facebook.com/City-Treasurers-Office-Antipolo-City-109963208178916/ for clarifications or questions about the payment systems that the city government is offering.

The city government said that it is continuously innovating and developing ways to make the transactions at the city hall more convenient to the public as it assures residents that the best practices, services and programs that are being given to the public, including ways to address the pandemic are the results of the taxes that they are paying.
