Angono, Rizal administers nearly 14,000 jabs during 5-day mass vaccination

Some 13,833 COVID-19 vaccines were administered to residents and non-residents during the five-day mass vaccination in Angono, Rizal.

Of the figures, 11,158 vaccines were given as first dose while 545 were inoculated for the second dose.

A total of 2,130 individuals also received their booster shots during the five-day mass vaccination held at SM Center Angono, Angono Municipal Gymnasium, Mahabang Parang, and Angono Medics Hospital.

The municipal government held the mass vaccination for COVID-19 dfrom Nov. 29 until Dec. 3, 2021 with a few volunteer doctors and nurses volunteering.

The office of Mayor Jeri Mae Calderon said the local government continues to encourage the unvaccinated residents to avail of the jab that is being given to the people in the four vaccination sites in the municipality.
