YouTube unveils top trending, music videos in the Philippines in 2021

YouTube revealed on Dec. 3 the top trending videos, music videos and creators that captured the hearts and engagements of netizens in the Philippines in 2021.

In the 10 Top Music Videos on YouTube in the Philippines in 2021, Skusta Clee’s “Lagi” emerged as No. 1 followed by SB19’s “Mapa,” Ex Battalion’s “Yearly,” Arthur Miguel’s cover of “Crazier” and K-pop superstars BTS’ “Butter.” 

Silk Sonic’s “Leave the Door Open” is No. 6 followed by Bella Poarch’s “Build a B*tch,” Moira Dela Torre’s “Paubaya,” Zack Tabudlo’s “Binibini” and BTS’ “Permission to Dance.” 

According to YouTube, the Top Music Videos list is “based on in-country views of official music videos uploaded in 2021,” which came from Google data from Jan. 1 to Nov. 1, 2021.
