KC Concepcion reacts to netizen's comments about her parents Gabby and Sharon

Actress KC Concepcion has replied to answer online users who left good words on her recent post, where she penned a heartwarming birthday message for her dad, Gabby Concepcion.

Among the comments: "Kc baka may mag selos sa post mo pero. Napaka husay Ng nag Palaki sayo."

KC, on the other hand, reiterated that her relationship with her father is a reflection of how her mom, Megastar Sharon Cuneta, brought her up when she was younger.

"She never said anything bad about papa in my childhood unlike most bitter ex wives out there," she related.

When someone said she's a "perfect" daughter, KC quickly cleared that she's not, though she does her best to love her family members whether she's near or far.

"God knows how much I love family- and though I cannot control nor understand everyone all the time, I know I can control how I react to things and I take responsibility for what I can in life," she related.

As for her being a "well-raised" daughter, KC said she actually "try."

"My mom raised me to respect my father and did not bash him or anything when I was growing up. I feel blessed to have a second chance at having a relationship with him. Thank you."

In another comment, the actress also noted how Gabby respects her as a person, as a woman, and as an adult.

"That inspires and pushes me to be a better woman, in return. All fathers should be able to do that for their daughters - it will help us succeed in life."
