Pasay City gov't receives 1,000 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine from Suyen Corporation

The Pasay City government received 1,000 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine from Suyen Corporation to boost the city government’s “Vacc to the Future” vaccination program.

Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano personally welcomed Suyen Corporation/Bench Vice President for Business Development Bryan Lim and General Manger Jude Ong during the turnover of the donation on Nov. 2.

Rubiano thanked the Suyen Corporation for the donation, saying it will greatly help the city government’s fight against COVID-19.

She said the city government has already deployed a total of 523,514 vaccines.

The mayor said the city government was able to bring down the number of COVID-19 cases to 61 on Nov. 5, with 15 new recoveries.

Rubiano said aside from continuous vaccination, the city government is also giving COVID-19 patients nutritious food packs weekly for their immediate recovery.

She also said COVID-19 patients are also being given full medical attention.
