Paranaque's Miss Universe Philippines candidate receives cash incentive

Miss Paranaque Ingrid Santamaria, one of the Top 10 among the 2021 Miss Universe Philippines (MUP) beauty pageant, received P100,000 cash incentive from the city government on Nov. 5.

Mario Jimenez, head of the Public Information Office of Paranaque City, handed Santamaria the P100,000 check to support her advocacy.

The beauty queen from Barangay Merville, Paranaque City visited the Paranaque City Hall to personally thank Mayor Edwin Olivarez for the support given by the city during her journey at the MUP contest.

Jimenez said Santamaria, who graduated cum laude from Dela Salle University, landed as one of the Top 7 candidates in the beauty pageant’s interview challenge.
