Maxine Medina and Casie Banks compete in 'Regal Studio Presents: Karinderya Queens'

This Sunday, Nov. 7, prepare to laugh your head off and witness who will take home the crown between two carinderia owners in the newest episode of “Regal Studio Presents: Karinderya Queens.”

The episode is headlined by Maxine Medina as Dayanara, Casie Banks as Sushmita, and Derrick Monasterio as Dante.

Dayanara and Sushmita are carinderia owners who are always at odds and are out to outdo each other. Both are Ilocana who hail from Pangasinan but are always competing to prove who’s better, and this time, they clash to be able to claim who is the better cook when it comes to Ilocano specialties.

One day, a newcomer arrives in town, the good-looking and dashing Dante, a tricycle driver who captures the attention of the two warring women. Each lady tries to eagerly impress Dante to the point where they agree that whoever he fancies will stay on while the other one goes back to the province.

The two also engage in a cookfest to be judged by the community to determine who the real karinderya queen is.

But their relationship will be put to the test when they find out about Dante’s real identity. Will this discovery make them realize the importance of helping one another instead of endless fighting and bickering?
