Megastar Sharon Cuneta continues to surprise her fans with her weight loss journey.

Recently, the 55-year-old singer-actress reposted celebrity doctor Aivee Teo's post.

It read: "Look who’s here! Aivee Day with my now-so-sexy & skinny friend (heart emoji) @reallysharoncuneta."

"Look at her! From XXL to MEDIUM (heart emoji) It’s been a long 5-year journey of weight loss & healthier you at the @theaiveeclinic and it’s so worth it. So proud of you (us)."

Gretchen Barretto were among those who praised Sharon for her efforts.

She said: "Great job. bravo. to a healthier life ahead."

Meanwhile, Aivee's husband, Dr Z Teo, also applauded Sharon.

"We cannot help but be so proud and happy with our Aivee Transformation of our dear friend @reallysharoncuneta over the past 5 years at the Aivee Clinic," he wrote. "It makes our hearts jump with joy to see how thin, healthy, young, and energetic she is now after losing all those weight and inches."

According to him, it's a story of "determination, patience, and trust between doctor and patient, friend to friend."
