Lacson, Pacquiao will finish the 2022 electoral bout

The Lacson-Sotto tandem will be in the 2022 national elections all the way.

Partido Reporma standard-bearer Senator Panfilo M. Lscson and Senate President Vicente C. Sotto III said they have always been consistent in their position to just focus on our own advocacy and not mind whoever else is running or withdrawing from the race.’’

‘’In regard to the May elections, we are going all the way. That's us,’’ the two senators said.

Lacson and Sotto, chairman of the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC) and vice presidential candidate, were reacting to a decision of Senator Christopher ‘’Bong’’ Go to withdraw from the presidential race.

Go was formerly the vice presidential bet of the Partido Demokratikong Pilipino (PDP)-Laban party Cusi wing.

He later filed his certificate of candidacy as the presidential bet of the Pederalismo ng Dugong Dakilang Samahan (PDDS) via substitution.

Senator Aquilino ‘’Koko’’ Pimentel III, PDP-Laban chairman (Pacquiao/Pimentel wing), for his part, said Pacquiao ‘’will definitely finish the electoral bout.’’

‘’And we expect to win,’’ he added.
