TAGAYTAY CITY – The city government will start inoculating minors aged 12 to 17 years old against the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Friday (Nov. 5).
The first day of pediatric vaccination will be held at the Tagaytay International Convention Center.
The local government unit (LGU) reminded residents that minors must be accompanied by their parent on the day of their vaccination.
If the parent couldn't come, the minor must be accompanied by a guardian with a Special Power of Attorney from the parent.

In October, the LGU announced that it has inoculated 70 percent of its total population, reaching its target to achieve herd immunity. Since then, the city government has opened its vaccination services to accommodate residents of other cities and towns in Cavite.
