Sam Milby in mourning

Sam Milby is mourning the passing of his father, Lloyd.

The actor-singer shared the sad news with fans in a social media post Wednesday.

He wrote, "Rest in peace dad.... love you."

He did not add any any details.

Lloyd was 87.

He just celebrated his birthday last October.

Several of Sam's celebrity friends including EA Guzman, Maxene Magalona, Rodjun Cruz, Gab Valenciano, Joseph Marco and Erik Santos sent him condolences.
