Paranaque City joins National Vaccination Day

Paranaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez urged the city's remaining unvaccinated residents to get the jab during the National Vaccination Day from Nov. 29 to Dec. 1 for ther protection against COVID-19.

Olivarez said Bayanihan, Bakunahan will also give booster shots to A1 (medical health workers), A2 (senior citizens) and A3 (adult with comorbidities).

He urged those belonging to these three categories to register for their booster shots at https://paranaquecity.ph/booster appointment.

The mayor said the interval for the booster shot should not be less than six months from the second dose.

Olivarez said for the Bayanihan Bakunahan, the vaccination of the general pediatric population will be from Nov. 29 to Dec. 1 in the following vaccination sites – Building B of SM Sucat, SM City BF and Ayala Malls, Manila Bay.

He said the three vaccination sites will also be used for the vaccination of adult population on Nov. 30.

The mayor said the Bayanihan Bakunahan will also be held at the Nayong Pilipino Foundation (Ambulatory Area).
