Three party-list groups submitted two sets of nominees before the Commission on Elections (Comelec).

Based on the list provided by the Comelec, these party-list groups are Senior Citizens, ACTS-OFW and Magsasaka.
The first set of nominees of Senior Citizens are Rep. Rodolfo Ordanes, Eulogio Agatep II, Gaudencio Escobar, Erlinda Bañega, Nonita Red and Rodrigo Cinco.
The second set of nominees are Godofredo Arquiza, Ramon Orosa, Myrna Manamtam, Benedicto Dela Cruz and Lourdes Sario.
The first set of nominees of ACTS OFW are Imelda Enriquez, Orestes Salon, Aldrin Cardenas, Cherrylyn Iglesias, Moises Buan, Albert Datu, Andres Justino Abalos and Reuel Yumul.
The second set of nominees are Julien Dancel, Rodrigo Pepino Jr, Julio Jose Virtucio Jr, Christine Adorna and Terencio Servillon.
The first set of nominees of Magsasaka are Argel Joseph Cabatbat, Crisostomo Beltran, Ramid Gualberto, Danilo Carranza and Jeannie Villanueva.
The second set of nominees are Domitila Cahigan, King Cortez, Octavius Dimagiba, Reymoncito Abundo, and Ma. Rowena G. Guanzon.
There are 240 party-list organizations in the list of Comelec which include 138 party-lists that have been registered by the poll body, 97 party-lists denied accreditation but with pending motion for reconsideration, and five party-lists with petitions yet to be resolved.
The five party-list groups whose petitions are pending resolution are Barkadahan, Malasakit Movement, United Senior Citizen, Wifi and Mocha.
