LJ Reyes: 'So much to be grateful for'

This is the mindset of actress LJ Reyes as she and her kids celebrated their first Thanksgiving in the US.

"So much to be grateful for on our first Thanksgiving! (heart emoji)," LJ wrote on Instagram along with her photo of her 11-year-old son Aki and two-year-old daughter Summer.

LJ and her kids are smoothly adjusting to life abroad.

Recall that some months ago when the Kapuso star flew to the US with her children following her controversial split with longtime partner Paolo Contis.

Then, LJ said that her son with Paulo Avelino is now attending school, while she has been busy helping out in the family restaurant in Brooklyn.

As for her daughter with Paolo, Summer is always with her.

“They’re adjusting very well,” LJ said.

Meanwhile, LJ recently turned sentimental as she received handwritten notes from Aki following Paolo's rumored romance with his former leading lady, Yen Santos.
