Angelica Panganiban on importance of self-love

Actress Angelica Panganiban recently flaunted seemingly an eternity diamond ring on her social media account.

Though it wasn't given to her by loved ones, she bought it herself.

On Instagram, Angelica noted: "Gifting yourself is a way of self-love."

"Matagal akong nag isip ng perfect gift for myself para sa birthday ko. Gusto ko ng simple, pang matagalan, pero hindi naman masyadong masakit sa bulsa. So, I gave myself a promise ring," she said.

"A promise to always look after myself. To keep doing better, to understand and to love more. To be more patient with myself. And to listen to my body, my mind and my heart."

Recall that the veteran actress turned 35 early this month.

"Masaya naman ako sa desisyon ko," the Kapamilya star said.

Last July, Angelica and her boyfriend Subic-born yacht designer Gregg Homan celebrated their first anniversary as sweethearts.
