Kylie Padilla assures dad Robin: 'Mas happy na ako ngayon'

Kylie Padilla's collaborative vlog with her dad Robin Padilla is a huge hit.

Obviously, fans are happy to see the two sit down and discuss a lot of things including Kylie's separation with actor Aljur Abrenica.

At one point, Robin asked Kylie: "Okay na kayo?"

Of course, he meant Kylie and Aljur.

She answered, "Okay na kami, yes. okay na kami. Thank God!"

Note that prior Aljur created a huge social media storm attacking Kylie for supposedly painting him in a bad light amid their separation.

He has since apologized for his actions, relating he wants to remain friends with Kylie for the sake of their children.

In any case, when Robin probed Kylie further asking, "So, wala na talagang pag-asa?"

She retorted, "No, no. It’s best for what it is now kasi tinitingnan ko rin (na) in the future, maging friends kami talaga. "Ngayon kasi, after ng nangyari, we’re friends, pero there’s a distance. Dumidistansiya na ako.

"Kasi siyempre, nagulat ako, pero nga, bilang nanay ako ng mga anak ko, I have to be civil, try to be the better person. Mas mature na tao.

"Naging klaro lang kung nasaan yung priorities niya, so it made more clear to me. Pero bilang nanay din ng mga nanay ko, masakit sa akin ‘yon.

"Hindi ko na nga mae-experience yun sa kanila, kaya nga I have no shame in saying na ini-stalk ko pa rin kasi gusto kong makita, 'Oh, okay masaya sila.'

"Buo pa rin yung relasyon nila bilang mag-tatay so happy na ako.

"Siyempre, on my side, may guilt, e, kasi sorry, yun lang, pero ready na akong mag-move forward talaga.

"Hanggang saan ba yung kaya ko bilang babae na mag-isa lang ako so I’m okay."
