Pasay Mayor Emi delivers State of City Children's Address

Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano delivered her 19th State of City Children’s Address (SOCCA) at SM MOA on Nov. 26.

Rubiano’s SOCCA was in line with the celebration of the Children’s Month which focuses on the theme “New Normal na Walang Iwanan: Karapatan ng Bawa’t Bata Ating Tutukan.”

She said the city government has been implementing various activities and projects for the special needs of children in the city, especially during this time of pandemic.

Rubianno said the vaccination of the city’s general pediatric population against COVID-19 also continues.

The mayor distributed health kits to children during her SOCCA.
