The Las Pinas City government distributed health kits to about 2,400 senior citizens on Friday (Nov.26).
Mayor Imelda Aguilar said the distribution of health kits to senior citizens from 20 barangays in the city is an ongoing project of the local government in coordination with City Social Welfare and Development under Junet Barilla.
Aguilar said each health kit contains face masks, two bottles of alcohol, a toothpaste, a toothbrush, a bath soap, baby powder, a thermometer, an oximeter, a tissue, and a plastic container box for their medicines.
She said ensuring the health and welfare of senior citizens is one of the priorities of her administration, especially this pandemic time.
