Suntrust Properties tops off another condo project in Baguio City

Suntrust Properties, Inc. (SPI) a wholly-owned subsidiary of Megaworld, Corp., recently topped off The Mist Residences, its second premier residential condominium in Baguio City last Nov. 18, 2021. The exclusive event signified that the construction phase of the project is right on schedule.

“Despite the challenges we face today, we remain committed to our investors and homebuyers. The topping off signified that the building is structurally complete and our contractors are coming in to finish the walls, windows, mechanical and electrical requirements,” said Suntrust president Atty. Harry M. Paltongan as he addressed invited brokers, agents, and guests.

The Mist Residences is an eight-story modern condominium project offering 221 residential units and 10 commercial spaces. Amenities include a Zen garden, viewing deck, daycare, function room, and a fitness gym. Future homeowners will have the advantage of a convenient lifestyle with its accessible commercial area, 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas, and a professional property management group.

Located along Marcos Highway, Bakakeng Central, Baguio City, The Mist Residences is designed to complement the city’s cool mountain climate and relaxing vibe.
