The poll body already set the preliminary conference on the petition of Buenafe on Nov. 26.

Meanwhile, the petition filed against senatorial aspirant Raffy Tulfo was also raffled to the Second Division.

The petition filed by a certain Julieta Pearson seeks to cancel the COC of Tulfo.

The Second Division is composed of Commissioners Socorro Inting and Antonio Kho Jr.
