Sexy actress Ellen Adarna has penned an entertaining birthday message for her mother-in-law, Remedios "Medy" Paggao.



"Happy Birthday to my kind, beautiful, wonderful and ever reliable Mom... Tita... Mom Tita? Tita Mom? Mom? Hehehe im not used to it yet (face with tears of joy emoji) momomomomom (heart emojis)," Ellen wrote on Instagram along with their photo take during her recent wedding.



Then she quipped: "I am so lucky to have you... because... takot na takot si derek sayo nyahahahaha."



Derek Ramsay's wife also used the hashtag: "#mothersknowbest."



Meanwhile, the Kapuso actor also greeted his mom with an appreciation post.



"Happy happy birthday Mama. You are the strongest and most loving person I know. Thank you for being the ultimate mom. Love you so so much," it read.
