The Antipolo City local government announced on Monday, Nov. 22, that it will give discounts to residents who are going to pay in advance their Real Property Tax (RPT) for 2022 in its bid to further help them amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to the local government unit (LGU), those who will settle their RPT before Dec. 31, 2021 will receive 20 percent discount, while those who will pay on or before March 30, 2022 will get a 10 percent discount.

The city government also said it has an Online Real Property Tax Payment System for the safety and convenience of payers. Residents may pay using PayMaya and create an account by visiting the link:

It reminded that online payment method is only for those who will settle their RPT for the years 2015 to 2022. RPT payment for the years 2014 and earlier should be done over-the-counter.

We are continuously innovating and developing ways to make your government transactions at the city hall more convenient. We are urging everyone to use our online services for your transactions to be just one-click-away)," the LGU said.

All the programs services and best practices, including our fight to defeat the pandemic, is being done thanks to you and your taxes. We are assuring everyone that we will continue to improve our services towards the comfort of our citizens and the next generation)," it added.
