Scottie Thompson ecstatic as 'Scottie 1' almost sold out in less than 24 hours

Scottie Thompson is on cloud nine as his first signature shoe "Scottie 1" was nearly sold out less than 24 hours after its official launching.

The PBA star took his excitement on Instagram, posting a series of photos of his shoe on display and a bunch of fans buying the new kicks by World Balance.

"Stoked to announce that in less than 24 hours Scottie 1 is almost sold out!!!" wrote Thompson, thanking his fans for the "endless support."

The former Perpetual standout also urged the public to tag him on photos when they post wearing the Scottie 1 for immediate reposts on Instagram.

Thompson became the brand's image since the 80s era as he followed the footsteps of PBA legend Philip Cezar.

The shoe, clad in red and white colorway, incorporates Thompson's passion for the game with different symbols, words, and meanings behind it.

He already wore Scottie 1 in back-to-back PBA Philippine Cup conferences -- the 2020 season where Ginebra captured the All-Filipino title in the inaugural bubble conference.
