WATCH: Margielyn Didal scores 'savage' in response to bashers in M3 video

Filipina Olympian and professional skateboarder Margielyn Didal did not hold back when she responded to bashers together with basketball great Marc Pingris and Blacklist International star Jonmar “OhmyV33nus” Villaluna in a promotional video for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang M3 World Championships.

In the video, the three were asked to read and react to some of their bashers’ post, to which the ever vibrant and playful Didal, just like during his skateboard routines, answered with poise and confidence while wearing her signature smile on her face.

“Depende rin kasi sa kung anong expression mo sa sarili mo and it doesn’t really matter kung ano yung iniisip ng tao as long as you’re being yourself and enjoying your life,” Didal’s response to a basher who wrote “Nauna pa ang yabang”.

Another basher also criticized Didal for being a show-off and losing focus as she tries to impress in the camera during her competitions. The Asian Games gold medalist offered nothing but advice to her bashers that think this way.

“To show the world that Philippines has a talent in skateboarding and ang mga pinoy kumbaga ineenjoy lang kaya dapat ienjoy niyo rin yung life nyo,” Didal said.

Didal, who became a social media darling during the skateboarding event in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic, had her short but sweet answer, perhaps a response that would have scored a savage in Mobile Legends, to one basher who claimed that skateboarding is a garbage sport.

“At least yung tinatawag niyang garbage sport is nakapagbigay ng karangalan at ginto sa Pilipinas,” said a smiling Didal who together with Pingris, were the latest Filipino athletes to partner with Moonton, the Mobile Legends game developer.

The two were preceded by Philippine boxing pride Manny Pacquiao who was the ambassador of the game last year. Didal and Pingris appeared in a series of the M3 promotional videos including the one where they reacted to their bashers’ comments.

The M3 Worlds is set to kick off on Dec. 6 with Blacklist and Onic Philippines carrying the country's flag in the crowning tournament this year for Mobile Legends.
