GSIS upgrades 'GSIS Touch' mobile app

The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) will soon allow its members and pensioners to download the GSIS Touch in mobile applications.

"We are happy to announce that the enhance version of GSIS, dubbed GSIS Touch, will soon be available in Google Play and Apple app store," GSIS President and General Manager Rolando Ledesma Macasaet said in a statement on Saturday, Nov. 20.

"The enhancements will allow application for claims and loans and setting up of APIR schedule through cell phone. Mabilis at maginhawa!" he added.

Through the GSIS Touch, members and pensioners can now view their information and various GSIS services at any time.

The app will also allow its members to keep track of their premium remittances and loan payments and the maturity of their life, retirement, dividend, refund, and Edu-Child claims, pre-need plans, and insurance policies.
