Cloudy, rainy weather to continue over Quezon, Camarines provinces due to LPA; rest of PH to have 'fair' weather

The low pressure area (LPA) off Catanduanes is still expected to bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Quezon, Camarines Norte, and Camarines Sur, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Friday morning, Nov. 19.
The LPA was estimated 205 kilometers east-northeast of Virac, Catanduanes as of 3 a.m.
PAGASA warned those in Quezon, Camarines Norte, and Camarines Sur to stay vigilant against possible flash floods or landslides due to the occurrence of moderate to, at times, heavy rains.
Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon, locally called "amihan" may prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
It may bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with chances of light rains.
The Visayas and Mindanao will also have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA warned that severe thunderstorm activities may sometimes trigger flash floods or landslides.
