Four PH teams qualify to Red Bull MEO PUBG Mobile Asia Regional Final

Four Philippine teams are set to represent the country in the Red Bull Mobile Esports Open (MEO) Season 4 Players Unknown Battleground (PUBG) Mobile Asia Regional Finals set on Nov. 21.

Demigod Incognito, KHI Esports, UTG International, and Anarchyst Interpid qualified to the regional event as they emerged victorious among 128 teams which strut their wares in the national qualifiers last Oct.16.

Demigod Incognito claimed the top spot with 101 points while Khi Esports came in second with 73. UTG International and Anarchyst Interpid finished with 54 and 40 points respectively to complete the four PH representatives who will collide against other top teams who qualified from Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and the 12 other squads from international qualifying events.

The qualified teams will then face each other in a sequence of matches played across 4 maps and the final map will be voted by the captains during the tournament. The No. 1 squad will receive the title of Red Bull M.E.O Season 4 Asia Regional Champion and a wildcard invitation for top-level esports series by Tencent.

Team PH matches can be viewed live on the official Facebook page of Red Bull Gaming or Red Bull’s official Twitch channel on November 21 at 2pm (GMT+8).
