There are still people who haven't moved on from Kim Atienza's decision to leave ABS-CBN for GMA7.

On Twitter, a certain netizen even asked Kim: "Sino si @kuyakim_atienza kung wala ang ABS na nagpasikat at nagpayaman sa kanya?"

Kim didn't leave the fan hanging.

He actually took effort to answer it.

He said: "Amen sa nagpasikat pero mayaman ang napangasawa ko way before ABS."

"Kuya Kim became known because of ABS yes," he added.

Note that Kim's Taiwanese-Filipino wife, Felicia Hung, is the President & Chief Executive Officer of the Chinese International School Manila, which she also actually founded.

Other online users defended Kim, writing: "Porke dun ka nagumpisa, dun ka na forever? Ganern? What if you want career growth? What if toxic na? Yiu stay for utang na loob? Andun na tayo sa kung saan nagsimula. Pero I am sure, both parties benefited. I work for you, you pay me. Ganun lang."

"You became famous because you are talented. ABS was just an Instrument of your fame. You could have done it with other network if you didn't start with ABS. Besides both you and the network benefited from each other @kuyakim_atienza so Bayad na utang na loob mo sa kanila," another added.

Recall that prior Kuya Kim divulged that he left ABS-CBN because he simply wanted to do more than being allowed there given the network's franchise woes.
