CEU, Smart partner up for exclusive online store, boosting e-learning

Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) teams up with Centro Escolar University (CEU) to launch the university’s exclusive Smart Online Store for students, faculty, and other personnel.

Smart, together with PLDT’s B2B arm PLDT Enterprise, has set up an exclusive online platform for Escolarians across campuses in Manila, Makati, and Malolos in Bulacan to conveniently avail of connectivity tools powering up e-learning.

“The CEU Smart Online Store is tailored to the needs of Escolarians as they navigate the new normal of education. Smart’s digital innovations empower the youth to live smarter for a better world,” said Jane Basas, Smart Senior Vice President and Head of Consumer Wireless Business.

The partnership with CEU champions the Group’s core value of “malasakit” which inspires Smart to assist where and when necessary, this time in the connectivity needs of the education sector.

“With connectivity solutions housed inside one portal, it will be easier and safer for students and school personnel to purchase load and devices since they don’t need to leave their homes. The special rates offered for the CEU community will help ensure that students continue learning in both synchronous and asynchronous classes,” said Jericho P.
