Ely Buendia meets VP Leni Robredo: Are the Eraserheads ready for a reunion?

Former Eraserheads frontman Ely Buendia brought the house down when he visited the office of Vice President Leni Robredo and gave her a copy of the group's first album in vinyl.

On Instagram Nov. 11, Leni wrote: "Ely Buendia in the house!! Grabe, nabulabog opisina. He gave me this Eraserheads 25th Anniversary Limited Edition on vinyl. Thank you, Ely. Nakita mo kung gaano kadami fans mo sa office namin."

Could this be a sign that the members of Eraserheards are ready for a reunion?

Last month, Buendia told a fan on Twitter that an Eraserheards reunion could happen if Leni will run for president.

"Hi sir Ely! May pag-asa pa po kaya magkakaroon ng Eheads reunion?" a netizen wrote.

Eraserheads' debut album 'Ultraelectromagneticpop'

Ely replied: "Pag tumakbo si Leni."

The band is composed of Ely Buendia, Buddy Zabala, Marcus Adoro, and Raimund Marasigan.

In 1993, they released their debut album Ultraelectromagneticpop.

Eraserheads disbanded in 2002 after Ely's departure from the group.
