The province of Bulacan has downgraded to Alert Level 2 from Nov. 1-14, 2021.

Based on the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases guidelines, the movement of persons shall be allowed except for reasonable restrictions based on age and comorbidities as may be determined by the local government units (LGUs).
Among the establishments that are allowed to operate at a maximum of 50 percent venue seating capacity are tourist attractions, libraries, archives, museums, galleries, cultural shows, and exhibits, entertainment venues with live performers such as karaoke bars, bars, clubs, concert halls, theaters, and cinemas, amusement parks, fairs, and kid amusement industries such as playgrounds, playrooms, and kiddie rides.
Business establishments with Safety Seal Certifications are allowed to operate with an additional 10 percent capacity beyond the prescribed on-site or venue seating capacity, whichever is applicable.
Individual outdoor exercises are allowed for all ages regardless of comorbidities or vaccination status except those located in areas under granular lockdowns.
