President Duterte has appointed 12 new directors from the central and regional offices of the National Police Commission (Napolcom).
Promoted to Director III are Editha S. Puddoc, Staff Service Chief of the Crime Prevention and Coordination Service (CPCS), Central Office; Angelito R. Ravanera, Regional Director of Napolcom Region 4A-CALABARZON; and Aileen T. Arcin, Regional Director of Napolcom Region 4B-MIMAROPA.
For Director II, the Directors promoted are: Renato S. Santos, Assistant Staff Service Chief of the Installations and Logistics Service (ILS), Central Office; Edilberto P. Pardiñas, Assistant Staff Service Chief of the Crime Prevention and Coordination Service (CPCS), Central Office; Dir. Arlene L. Castro-Co, Assistant Regional Director of Napolcom Region 3; Dir. Glocyphine A. Chavez-España, Assistant Regional Director of Napolcom Region 4A-CALABARZON; Dir. Pablito M. Abad, Jr., Assistant Regional Director of Napolcom Region 9; Dir. Veronica C. Hatague, Assistant Regional Director of Napolcom Region 12; Dir. Esmael A. Panda, Assistant Regional Director of Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM); Dir. Rotela Fatima A. Ortiz, Assistant Regional Director of CARAGA; and Dir. Leilani P. Vecina, Head Executive Assistant, Region 1
The 12 newly-appointed officers took their oath in a virtual ceremony presided by Napolcom Vice Chairman and Executive Officer Vitaliano N. Aguirre II .
“The President’s approval of the appointment of our newly promoted Napolcom Directors will definitely redound to the overall performance effectiveness of the Napolcom and continuous rendering of quality service to our clients and the public,” Vice Chairman Aguirre II said
He added that their promotion will help to further strengthen the agency's continuous development goal.
