P2-million worth of shabu seized in Paranaque buy-bust


A food panda delivery rider and two other family members were arrested by the Paranaque City police in a drug bust operation and confiscated from them more than P2-million worth of shabu on Wednesday night.

Col. Maximo Sebastian, Paranaque City police chief, identified the suspects as Arichea Doronilla, 49; Rene Robido,26, a food panda delivery rider; and Razal Doronilla, 38, welder, all residents of Paranaque City.

Sebastian said the suspects were arrested at about 1:30 p.m. in Block 8 Lot 7, Scoop St., Fourth Estate, Barangay, San Antonio, Paranaque City.

He said the suspects were all detained at the Paranaque City police custodial facility and charges of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002) were filed against them.

The city police chief said the confiscated drugs, weighing about 300 grams and worth more than P2-million were turned over to the Southern Police District (SPD) Crime Laboratory for chemical analysis.
