Paranaque City government offers 20% discount to early tax payers

Paranaque Mayor Edwin Olivarez announced on Saturday that the city government is offering a 20-percent discount to early real property tax (RPT) payers.

Olivarez said taxpayers who would settle their RPT earlier than the scheduled deadline would get a 20-percent discount.

Olivarez said the discount being offered by the city government is a big saving for the taxpayers as the money they could save can be used for their other needs.

Mar Jimenez, Public Information Office (PIO) chief, said the city government is already accepting payments for the real property taxes this October.

In a post on his official Facebook page, Olivarez said residents who have questions about the city government’s offer can call 8-820-PQUE (7783), 0961-096-6329 for Smart, and 0956-394-0176 for Globe.
