KC Concepcion endorses dad Kiko Pangilinan's VP bid

Actress KC Concepcion expressed support for her stepfather, Kiko Pangilinan, who recently filed his certificate of candidacy for Vice President amid rumors that she and her mother, Sharon Cuneta, are not in good terms.

"Your love for family and country is genuine and true. Thank you for all the things that you do. This is our family’s biggest milestone yet…," the daughter of Gabby Concepcion and Sharon posted on social media.

"Dad, whatever the outcome, let the welfare of others be your motivation and strength," she added.

KC proudly noted how Kiko is a Harvard alumnus, UP and La Salle-raised lawyer, and Ateneo professor, who has served the people as Senator for two decades.

"You deserve my vote and the Vote of the People. May God bless the long journey towards becoming the next Vice President of the Philippines. Mahal kita."

Kiko, on the other hand, thanked KC, commenting: "Thank you for the love and support, my eldest. It means so much. God's purpose not mine. We surrender the effort to the Almighty. The battle is His. Love you too (heart emojis)."
