Lukban named new police director of Bulacan

Police Col. Manuel Malabanan Lukban Jr, was named acting police director (APD) of the Bulacan Provincial Police Office (PPO) by the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO 3) effective Monday, October 4.

Police Brig. Gen. Valeriano T.. De Leon, PR03 regional police director, named Lukban to succeed former Bulacan police director Col. Lawrence B. Cajipe who was assigned as the new acting chief Regional Staff of PR03.

Former PR03 Regional Staff Col. Jonas T. Amparo was assigned as acting Deputy Regional Director for Operations (DRDO) also on October 4, replacing Col. Pedro Daupan Soliba who will be given a new designation.
