Construction of multi-purpose, 2 condo buildings for PNP completed


The Department of Public Works and Highway (DPWH) has completed the five-storey multi-purpose building of the Philippine National Police (PNP) at Camp Crame in Quezon City.

Aside from the P291 million worth multi-purpose building, DPWH Sec. Roger G. Mercado said that the construction of the two condominium units for Police Commissioned Officers were also completed and now ready for occupancy for 798 police officers.

According to Mercado, the multi-purpose building and the condo units were constructed to provide accommodation and venue for holding of events as well as additional work places for the PNP workforce," said Mercado.

The said two condo buildings have a total floor area of 12,925 square meters, and feature a four-level parking with 174 parking slots, administrative offices, 12 classrooms.

“Through these projects, we hope to contribute in boosting the morale of the PNP by providing quality structures that are vital in their office operations and other needs,” said Mercado,
