Lone bettor from Iloilo bags P35.2-M Megalotto 6/45 jackpot

A solo winner from Iloilo won the P35.2-million Megalotto 6/45 jackpot prize, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced on Thursday, Oct. 28.

The PCSO, in a Facebook post, announced that the winning ticket was bought in Barotac Nuevo, Iloilo with the winning combination: 36 - 26 - 04 - 34 - 25 - 33.

The bettor won a total jackpot prize of 35,235,440.60 for the Megalotto 6/45 which was drawn on Wednesday night, Oct. 27.

Based on the winners summary, there were 12 second prize winners for the Megalotto 6/45 who will receive P32,000 each.

PCSO said that prizes above P10,000 are subject to a 20-percent deduction pursuant to the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Act.

Meanwhile, PCSO reminded that prizes that were not claimed by the public within one year from date of draw shall be considered forfeited as per Republic Act No. 1169.

There were no winners for Grandlotto 6/55 with a jackpot prize of P80,448,050.40 with the winning combination 06 - 27 - 37 - 31 - 52 - 46.
